Gently cleans sheepskin, woolens, cashmere, alpaca, silk, and other fine washables. To properly care for these delicate fibers, it is important to use a mild detergent that is enzyme-free and neutral in pH, as strong acids and alkalis can cause irreversible damage.

Outback Gold is a powerful yet gentle laundry solution that is high in lanolin, a vital moisturizer and conditioner derived from sheep wool that also protects and restores. It gently cleans, disinfects, and conditions all washable sheepskin, woolens, silk, plant fibers such as cotton, bamboo, hemp, and synthetic fabrics. It contains Aloe and Coconut Oil for extra softening, and does not contain enzymes, alkali, triclosan, sulfates, petroleum products, parabens, phosphates, phthalates, dyes, caustics, Methylisothiazolinone (MIT), or Methylchloroisothiazolinone (CMIT).

Lanolin plays a crucial role in nature, protecting the sheep's wool and skin from climate and the environment. It has long been a favorite for its softening and protective characteristics, and can restore sheepskin and woolens, making them more water and dirt repellent. Only pure, pharmaceutical-grade lanolin is used in Outback Gold.
